A garden for well-being and corporate identity

At the entrance to the Cementos Molins industrial site in Sant Vicenç dels Horts, a garden has been created for workers to rest and to welcome clients and visitors.

The intervention transforms a functional, industrial-scale environment into a comfortable, accessible corporate garden in harmony with the existing architecture and facilities. A sequence of green spaces, shaded areas, rest zones, and paths is articulated to favor interaction, rest, and shared identity.

The project is committed to environmental quality, climate comfort, and the improvement of daily experience in an industrial environment where human-scale spaces are not commonly found. Elements such as pergolas, Mediterranean vegetation, and urban furniture—manufactured by the company itself—bring identity, comfort, and sustainability to the whole. The garden reinforces the environmental commitment values promoted by the company, as well as user well-being, interaction, and sense of belonging in the workplace, in line with values of community and corporate identity.

    Brand value and worker well-being

The proposal incorporates a new vehicle access control building, constructed using a replica of the prefabricated modules used in the original facade of the corporate headquarters building.

This new outdoor space has helped the company reinforce brand values, improve user well-being, and enhance the cohesion of the work environment. An example of how design can humanize industrial spaces without losing functionality or character.
