The building manages
its own resources
autonomously
The principles of the Blue Economy guide the conceptualization and operation of this building-organism which, like a living being, gathers data and manages its own resources autonomously, openly, and in a scalable way, with the help of seawater, microalgae, and recovered natural materials.
The Smart Building strategy focuses on enabling an adaptable, modular, and predictive infrastructure, able to use information from multiple internal and external sources to prepare the building for particular events before they occur. The goal is to meet both the current guidelines of the Blue Tech Port and those that may arise in the future.
