On Plaça Catalunya, in the heart of Barcelona, stands Casa Pich i Pon, known for being the city’s first office building and for having the first penthouse ever built in Barcelona.
The project for the headquarters of a flexible workspace (LOOM) has made it possible to recover the original essence of the Noucentista Casa Pich i Pon, designed in the early 20th century by renowned architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch. The key strategies of the intervention have been to restore the large open-plan floors—historically conceived as flexible spaces—and to amplify the values that align with the cultural movement of Noucentisme.

A space that links
original values
Barcelona is an undeniable magnet for tech companies that are increasingly relocating part of their international teams to the city. Working at Casa Pich i Pon is not only about being in a flexible, healthy, digitalized space where you can innovate, stay motivated, and grow collaboratively but also about doing so in a place with 100% Barcelona DNA, whose authenticity and creativity have attracted major global companies.
